Gary Hartman literally grew up in the rows of our trees, learning the secrets of the Royal Blenheim from the generations before him. He founded Hartman Ranch Frozen Foods because he wanted to share that authentic small-farm flavor with anyone who cares about quality.
Today, you can still find Gary walking the orchards, hand-checking every tree to decide exactly when the fruit is sweet enough to pick for your table.
